I was extremely happy with the eru and water fufu, and madam loved her Ndole. Finger lickingly my delicious and thumps up all the way for the guests. The only dish that was left untouched was the chicken. Everyone found it too hard. I think next time I’ll probably go for the soft option. All in all a job well done from you as usual.
